paid up member - they are then delayed by ten weeks and
published here on July 18th. If the car or parts you were looking
for have already gone, then there is a remedy: These are very popular

receive the magazine, by joining the club - you can apply here.

Standard 10
for 'sale'. Year not known (mid 50s); condition (body and
mechanical ) very rusty: wheels completely locked. No MOT. My late
mum’s car; it has been garaged and forgotten for very many
years. It was last driven and insured in the late seventies. Free
to a good home; I hate to see ancient artefacts destroyed! The new
garage owner wants it removed as soon as possible. Car is in

My father bought a Vanguard
Phase II about 25 years ago. Maybe it's from the year 53, the
owner before has lost all the car documents. The colour is black.
The car was most of the time in dry condition, but the last year
it's standing free. We have no time to restore the car, so we want
to sell it. The engine does not work, and the interior is in a bad
condition. Better to say, its everything to restore, but there are
still all parts here.

Vanguard Phase IA 1952,
EAB 968B. The bodywork (black) and structure of this car are very
good indeed (no rust or corrosion). Interior and red leather seats
poor but could be refurbished, needs new carpets. Engine not
running but turns over (electrical fault?); needs battery.
Handbrake OK, footbrake needs attention. I have too many projects,
hence Vanguard is for sale at £750. Can be viewed in Coventry by

I have surplus to requirements (for
Flying 9): Pair front wings (not brilliant condition but
repairable); One rear wing (again salvageable); Complete grille
and surround up to 1937 (chrome surround) would need
rechroming but is ok; Rear axle c/w diff, half shafts, but no
brake gear; Wiper motor unknown condition and the remains of
a set of seats cannibalised to sort mine out! Any parts will be
cheap or perhaps just a donation to the club. I would be
interested if anyone has (or parts of) a sun visor and or rear
