Club Logo is Revived

I am pleased to reintroduce you to an old friend: the above logo for the Club. This design was first developed in the mid 1960's and was used as a Windscreen Sticker up until about 18 months ago.

New artwork has been authored and new stocks of the sticker have now been delivered. One of them is being given to every paid-up member with their February "Standard Car Review". We hope that you will use it on your Standard's windscreen to identify yourself as a Club member  The Club also intends to offer this logo on a new range of Regalia items which will be launched very shortly

Your webmaster has decided to "rest" the Roman Legion emblem that this site has used since it started and to use the "new" logo instead. The Roman Legion was a registered emblem of the Standard Motor Company but you will notice that it is incorporated in the new design. I hope that you like it?
