New Organisers for the West Midlands Annual Lunch

The West Midlands Annual Lunch took place on Sunday 24th January 2020. For more years that we can remember this has been organised by Alan and May Withey, but this year they have handed over the reigns to a pair of young upstarts, called John and Shirley Lawley.

Though neither Alan or May have been in the best of health recently its good to report that both are on the mend and were able to join us at Becketts Farm Centre, Wythall. To honour the occasion, May was presented with the superb floral bouquet that you see above.

The staff did a fine job and the plates were overflowing from their excellent carvery. About 30 members were in attendance also swelled by some welcome guests from the local group of the Bristol Owners Club.

As is customary, the weather kept fine for the day which enabled members from the local area and further afield to make the trip - for which the lunch was the focus of a good day's out. The West Midlands are an active group and you can read more about them on their own page here:
