Bristol Group's Museum Visit

On Sunday the 25th of July members of The New Forest Group of The Standard Motor Club joined a wide variety of classics for a breakfast brunch from 10am at The Star Inn East Tytherley on the outskirts of the New forest Hampshire.

Also joining in were associate members of the Group who attend meetings as Classic Vehicle owners not Standards though.

The meet was very well supported as can be seen from the photographs.

The Club regularly meets on the 2nd Tuesday in the Month being grateful to the Land Lady for the use of a room.

Cars attending included Standard Flying 8, Standard 10 Tickford bodied DHC, 4 x Standard Triumph roadsters, 2 x Triumph Spitfire, Triumph Stag.

Non Standard /Triumphs,

including:

2 E type Jaguars, Sunbeam Alpine, large 4 door Jaguar, Healey 3000, Hillman Minx, Austin Heavy 12, four motor bikes and a gaggle of strange 2Cvs in the shape of various Lomax some with matching trailers.
