Day 15 - Llandrindod Wells tour to Dinefwr Castle and Park

White Park cattle pose obligingly for my camera.

Friday's trip was to Dinefwr, A National Trust property just outside the small town of Llandeilo, in Carmarthenshire. This comprises a spectacular 12th Century  Welsh castle and 18th-century House surrounded by a  medieval deer park.

There was plenty for the party to see here, a tour of the House, a walk to the ruined Castle together with Fallow Deer and White Park Cattle spotting in the Park. Together with a superb NT Restaurant.

I photographed most of the cars attending as they arrived in the Car Park. Exceptionaly, as a multi-marque event I am featuring non-Standard as well as Standard Cars below.

As usual, you can click on any thumbprint to see an enlargement:

My apologies to the others who were not present when I went round. After the return trip came the final event dinner, a very lively affair where the participants shared their stories about the week and reinforced their intentions to attend next year. Some exhausted souls eventually went to bed, whilst many others sat up in the bar continuing the conversations.
