describing the problem you have. Printed copies are also available
as an email attachment
Please print the form, complete
it as much as you can, then send it, together with your
subscription to the address on the form. You can pay by cheque,
money order, credit or debit card.
You will receive a
membership pack in the post and your name will be added to the club's mailing
list for the magazine. Please
allow 3 weeks for your application to be processed.
