Flying 12
Restoration in Progress

The
body of the Flying 12 has been stripped out and separated from
it's chassis.
The
first instalment of this restoration project was documented earlier.
Graham Hart emails again from Manchester with the next phase of
the restoration, separating the chassis from the body, so that
both can be worked on independently:
Graham writes:
"Please
find attached photos of today’s antics.
Rain hail snow
wind and finally sunshine - 4 seasons in one day.
Anyway, having
stripped the vehicle of its front end and interior more than my
previous pictures I sent out previously. Splitting the body from
the chassis went according to plan for a change with the exception
of the weather.
Now the split
is complete the chassis is back at the home workshop having been
well steamed off and will start the refurbishment of whilst I
pluck up the courage to start the sand blasting of the body and
days of welding it requires.

Graham
